We take a 25% deposit payment upfront for landscaping services, staged payments during construction, then a final payment on completion of the project.

The construction costs are separated into key elements, which gives you an
opportunity to prioritise the areas you want to complete to remain within your
investment. Alternatively, the landscaping can be carried out in phases, with an
overall vision as to the garden you want to achieve over a period. We will also,
happily, advise with any elements you may wish to do yourselves.
Ultimately, we want you to have the garden you desire, and changes or additions
may become apparent as the construction progresses. We will happily make
suggestions, discuss your ideas with you and make modifications to the plan as
desired, just be aware, this may have cost implications (change orders raised) versus the orignially estimated price.
No, we organize everything for you. If you wish to supply accessories such as
furniture, BBQ, pizza oven, we will design the project around the product
Specification.
It is always difficult to answer this question.
It depends on the complexity of the design; materials used and features incorporated, we will always discuss the estimated length of time prior to starting and we do our utmost to stick to the planned schedule. Although the British weather sometimes prevents us from keeping to the estimated timescales we shall always discuss this with you before leaving site if we feel anything has been delayed.

Areas covered are, up to 20 Miles from Chandlers Ford, Winchester, Southampton, Hedge End, Romsey, Chilworth, Ampfield, Wellow Colden Common & Fair Oak. We will consider travelling further but a small charge to cover this may be added, but will be agreed prior to any work commencing.
